  • 85 Single Family homes have sold so far in 2015 with an average sales price of $1,542,836 compared to 2014 where 119 Single Family houses sold for an average sales price of $1,460,107
  • Single Family Homes have been on the market on average of only 30 days in 2015 compared to 2014 performance where homes were on market an average of 32 days.
  • Single Family homes have increase an average of 5.3% in value from last year

 

Multi-Family Home Analysis 

  • 59 Multi-Family houses have sold so far in 2015 with an average sales price of $1,294,083 compared to 2014 where 76 Multi-Family houses sold for an average sales price of $1,336,796
  • Multi-Family homes have been on the market on average only 34 days in 2015 compared to 2014 performance where homes where on market an average of 42 days.
  • Multi-Family homes have decreased an average of 3% in value from last year. The height of the market for Multi-Family Sales in Cambridge was 2014.

 

Sale prices have increased dramatically. Inventory is extremely low and demand is very high. These are ideal conditions to sell your home.
